Ingredients
Each 5ml of the oral suspension contains 100mg of the active ibuprofen. Also Includes: Maltitol (E965), Sodium Methyl Hydroxybenzoate (E219) and Sodium Propyl Hydroxybenzoate (E217).
Dosage
For short-term use only. Do not use in children suffering from chicken pox. Shake bottle well before use. Always use the measuring device provided. Do not give to babies under 3 months. This medicine should not be given if your child weighs less than 5kg. The usual dose in children is 20mg per kg of body weight in divided doses, every 6-8 hours if required. For oral use only. Children 3 Months - 12 Years: Age Dose (Daily) Duration 3-6 Months (Over 5kg) Three 2.5ml Spoonfuls Do Not Exceed 24hrs 6 Months-1 Year Three-Four 2.5ml Spoonfuls 6 Months+ 3 Days Max 1-4 Years Three 5ml Spoonfuls 6 Months+ 3 Days Max 4-7 years Three 7.5ml Spoonfuls 6 Months+ 3 Days Max 7-12 Years Three 10ml Spoonfuls 6 Months+ 3 Days Max For infants aged 3-5 months, medical advice should be sought if symptoms worsen or not later than 24 hours if symptoms persist.
