What is the return policy?

 

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at reception@otc2u.co.uk to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery

 

What are the shipping options?

 

We offer different delivery services including UK Standard, UK tracked next day as well international delivery. Please check with customer services for international delivery

 

When will I receive my order?

 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders using our £3.95 flat rate or free shipping option will be sent via Royal Mail with delivery expected within 3-5 business days, depending on your delivery location.

 

What do I do if I never received my order?

 

We would like to apologise if you have not yet received your order. Our delivery guidelines state that you should receive your order in about 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. If your item does not arrive in the times quoted we would recommend that you contact us so that we can take a look at your order for you

 

What do I do if I received a defective order?

 

So sorry to hear it! Please contact us at reception@otc2u.co.uk so we can sort out a refund or send out a new order straightaway. It would be very helpful if you could include a photo of the damage so we can determine whether we need to contact the shipper as well.
