Read the enclosed product information leaflet before use. Tear off the top of the gel-pack sachet and squeeze the entire content of the gel-pack inside the cheek. Gently rub the outside of the cheek to help spread the gel to aid absorption. Alternatively, squeeze the gel into the mouse and swallow.
